Body Work and Massages that are being offered are Deep Tissue, CBD and our Katura Signature (Swedish) Massages for women and men. The massages are being offered for a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. Massages promote circulation, stimulates the immune system, promotes muscular relaxation, relieves pain, breaks down fat cells, detoxifies and improves range of motion. Katura Signature Massage
Use of Swedish Massage is a technique used for general relaxation whose stokes stimulates circulation and enhances muscle tone and reduces muscle tightness; the techniques consist of effleurage, petrissage, tapotement & vibration. Use of essential oils in holistic treatments to improve health and emotional well-being and restore balance to the body. Using aromatherapy with its holistic approach to health and well-being, can be used to intervene and prevent long term problems occurring. Certified and organic essential oils are highly concentrated volatile substances extracted from essences extracted from plants, flowers, trees, fruit, bark, grasses, and seeds with distinctive therapeutic psychological and physiological properties which help improve and help prevent illness.

Katura Rejuvenating (Deep Tissue) Massage
Our Deep Tissue Massage is a deep penetrating massage that will break down tangled muscle fibers called "trigger points". Deep tissue massage is a strong, focused massage that targets deeper layers of the muscle tissue and fascia, while breaking down adhesions. Neuromuscular massage utilizes deep pressure and friction to release areas of strain on specific points for relief of pain that promote increased mobility and balance the central nervous system. Once broken down and released, the body and muscles return to a state of balance and well-being. This is an excellent treatment for chronic and acute pain.

Hemp (CBD) Infused Massage
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabis compound that is non-psychoactive and has been used for its natural anti-inflammatory, anti-seizure, pain-relieving and nerve-calming effects. Our CBD (Hemp) infused oil to deep penetrating massage that will break down tangled muscle fibers called "trigger points" for relaxation, pain relief and rejuvenation. The infused massage oil is rubbed into the skin throughout the session to provide a unique sense of calm and relaxation This is an excellent treatment for and acute chronic pain.
